Privacy Notice

What this notice covers
This notice covers the Bulk URLs to PDF Chrome extension. The general From Artur website has a separate privacy notice. Chrome, destination websites and their service providers follow their own privacy terms.
How conversion works
You paste HTTP or HTTPS links and start a batch. Chrome opens each destination in a temporary tab using your current browser session and prints the rendered page locally. The extension combines the resulting files into a ZIP or a single PDF on your device. It does not upload the page contents, your list of URLs or generated PDFs to a conversion server operated by From Artur.
Destination websites receive ordinary browser requests and may load third-party resources. Your existing cookies or sign-in state may apply to those requests. The extension does not extract or send cookie values to From Artur. Do not submit a link unless you intend Chrome to visit it.
Data kept in Chrome
- The pasted URL list, status details, source PDFs and the result remain in the open extension tab. Results are cleared on a new batch, tab close or reload, or within 30 minutes after the run while the tab stays open.
- Temporary PDF transfer records use local IndexedDB and are removed after reading. Interrupted records are cleaned on a later idle opening or batch.
- Chrome session storage holds temporary tab ownership identifiers for cleanup and recovery. Chrome local storage holds the selected output mode and a minimal running marker. The marker does not include the URL list.
- The final downloaded file remains in your Chrome downloads location until you remove it.
Diagnostics and optional licensing
A diagnostic summary is copied to your clipboard only if you choose that action. It contains browser and extension versions, counts, statuses and error codes, but excludes full URLs, page titles, license keys and PDF contents. No diagnostics are automatically sent to us.
The Free features work without an account. When a Pro offer is available and you submit an application, the licensing service receives your email address, product and offer identifiers, consent record and a random request identifier. Activation sends the product identifier, redemption key and an opaque installation identifier. Refresh and deactivation send the signed receipt, installation identifier and a random nonce. These requests do not include your URL list, page contents or generated PDFs.
The service stores the application and purchase records needed to deliver and support the license, a one-way hash of the redemption key, the grant and installation binding. Pending applications without a purchase are scheduled for removal when strictly older than 90 days. Purchased records are retained for purchase evidence, support and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Purpose, retention and control
Local processing is necessary to provide the conversion you request. We do not use the extension data for advertising or sell it. You can clear the current result by starting a new batch or closing the tab, remove downloaded files yourself and uninstall the extension to remove its local storage. An interrupted transfer record may remain until the next cleanup. We cannot retrieve locally stored URL lists or PDFs from your browser.
